Thank you for your prompt response to my inquiry. I feel better than before I took lung healing medicine (C03: Lung-Healing Formula). Amount of sputum was decreased. I feel comfortable when I breathe at night.
I also noticed that shortness of breath was improved when I walk up the hill. Is this medicine really safe even though I take for a long period? This question is very important to me because I have been suffered this chronic cystic bronchiectasis since my childhood. This disease is social harassment due to constant sputum production. I have just finished 23 days treatment with herbs ( this was second treatment).

I noticed about 25% improvement (oily skalp)
distension - is also a little bit better.
I think about this Long Dan XieGan Wan( liver heat and dampness) pills in Yours herbal shop what do You think about it. It can reduce my oily scalp, and distension ?
What kind of food should I have in my condition ( what kind of diet should I use- sweet or bitter ?) Could You give me some advices.

I am writing to update you on my present condition.

I ordered H20 Leisurely Carefree Pill which I take  8 pills 3x daily.  They  work excellent!  My stomach has gone down considerably and I hardly have any pain left.  It is so much easier for me to exercise and I always feel like I have quite a bit of

energy. I do notice that eating any dairy products I start to have quite a bit of  trouble so I stay away from that food.  I eat warm meals and I seem to be absorbing the nutrients because I am also taking G11 Stomach Warming Comfortability Granules, which has definitely cleaned my liver.

I was taking 2 bags of tea for the first two days then I cut down to 1 bag  per day.  I stayed on this regiment for about 8-9 days and started to notice that my gums in my

mouth turned a pale, pale shade of pink/gray.  I decided to rest from taking that tea because I think my liver was ready to rest.  I would like to know if I eat healthy how often should I be using the tea.
